We strive to provide high-quality products. But we understand occasionally, you may need to exchange or return some products. Our company offers the reasonable return & refund policy, just hope to give pleasant shopping experience for you~

RETURN 

1.How long can I return the items?
Please check clearly the products after you receive your parcel, if any problem, please contact us within 15 days after receipt, the case beyond the report period can not be resolved any more. 

2.Return Conditions
1)We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
2)Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3)We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
4)We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
5)Cancel the order, if the order was not shipped out, we will refund and cancel for you. But if the order was shipped out, sorry to tell you that we couldn’t cancel and refund it during the transit. If you still want refund, we will refund you after we receive the parcel you returned.
6)It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Posheme when sent back, and we are unable to provide shipping labels.

3.Return Process

1)Please Contact Us on our site,or email(support@posheme.com) indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.
2)After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3)Drop off your package at the local post office.
4)After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

4.Return Address
To return a package, please contact our Customer Service for a return address. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

1.Refund Process
1)If you purchased two or more products, you can request a partial refund for the unsatisfied item.
2)Product not received / Defective product / Product different from the one advertised: a solution will be made within 7 working days after estimated delivery time.
3)Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction/ The amount charged on the customer's invoice is not the same as it appears on the website/ Duplicate charges: a solution will be made within 7 working days after notification of charge.

 

2.About Order Cancellation
1)Please Contact Us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel the order.
2)If the order was not shipped out, we will refund and cancel for you. 
3)NOTE: For orders that have already been shipped, we will NOT accept order cancellation requests.

3.About Refund 
1)All refunds will be made using the payment method used for the original transaction.
2)For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
3)Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
4)There is no handling fee for the return and exchange.
 
4.About the arrival time of the refund
If the refund is made through Paypal, it is expected to arrive within 3 working days; if the refund is made by credit card, the specific time is subject to the card issuer.
